Jon has been creating Lighting Designs for several years for both large scale productions as well as small scale productions both touring and static within Europe covering a wide range of different theatre genres and styles.
Musicals, Pantomime, Plays, Concerts, Award Ceremonies, Dance Showcase and Conferences.
Jon has also toured with various productions in the UK and abroad, as Lighting Designer, Re-lighter, Chief Electrician, Tour Manager and Company Manager.
He is familiar with several consoles including, but not limited to, GrandMA Series 1 & 2, Strand 500 series & Palette, WholeHogII, Avolites Pearl & Diamond 4, Zero88 Frog2, Chamsys MagicQ and a wide range of moving light and generic fixtures. His console of choice is the GrandMA (both series). He also owns an MA UltraLight for production work in the studio and also on the road.
He has gained extensive experience with moving light rigs made up with Martin, Robe, Clay Paky, Studio Due and High End fixtures. His experience covers all aspects of programming, Maintenance and repair of all Intelligent and Generic fixtures.
